Ontowork provide an integrated package of services which addresses the needs of clients facing barriers to employment. Ontowork addressess unemployment and social exclusion by offering a progressive approach to employability. Addressing barriers facing clients who are not job ready and furthest from the labour market through customised support (e.g counselling, confidence building, STEPS) training (industry specific and new direction training). Then accessing job brokerage/job match service with aftercare when employed. |
