The National Local Area Co-ordination Development Team work with a network of LAC practitioners across Scotland. A major focus of this work is to build the evidence that LAC is a cost effective approach that delivers positive outcomes for people and communities. Local Area Co-ordinators work with people with learning disabilities in their communities to promote independent living to build community capacity for inclusion.
