I and my network of members provide techniques and a method which enable clients to maximise and assure delivery of the benefits of planned changes. The approach aligns with the seven SROI principles but complements the SROI approach by providing the delivery stage of change. It includes techniques for stakeholders that enable them to specify outcomes they want in a binary and tangible way and discover consensus. It enables clients to identify benefits at a granular cash-flow level; estimate honestly and transparently; transfigure resistance to change; link directly to cash benefits, and to plan, manage and recognise change and benefits as they are delivered. Whilst the methods were researched and developed in the private sector they have recently been successfully applied in the field of Adult Social Care.
