Nicola Brackertz has more than 15 years experience in measuring the value of community services. She has been involved in the development of a tool to measure the value to the community of services delivered through council facilities.

She now also assists organisations, including third sector organisations, in measuring SROI. She specialises in issues of social inclusion/exclusion, disadvantage and hard to reach groups.
