LEAP provides essential skills training which empowers unemployed clients to be able to get a job and keep a job. LEAP particularly focuses on the disadvantaged groups such as ethnic minorities, those living in poverty, refugees, ex offenders and young people. This training is in the form of a three week full time workshop and then, once completed, 1-2-1 training with an Employment Services Officer who work to place the candidate into one of our many vacancies. Once in work LEAP's Support Services Officer stays in touch with the client for a further two years to offer advice and guidance.
