I manage the social enterprise development services at Citylife and deliver all social impact measurement support to clients. I am trained in Social Accounting and Audit, Charities Evaluation Services' Outcomes Focus and Social Return on Investment, meaning I am well positioned to help organisations looking to undertake social impact measurement to choose and implement the most appropriate tool for them. I deliver training and support in these areas to social enterprises and I have worked closely with a number of district and county councils to help improve the effectiveness and focus of their grant application and monitoring procedures.
